청년 리더의 조건

청년 리더는 용서하는 리더이다

1. 청년 리더는 용서의 사랑을 실천하는 리더이다.

용서는 두 번째 기회를 주신 것이다. 만약 예수님이 우리에게 두 번째 기회를 주시지 않았다면, 구원받을 사람은 아무도 없었을 것이다. 사랑은 계속해서 기회를 주는 것이다. 기회를 줄 때 인물이 나오며, 기회를 줄 때 성장하게 된다. 이것은 복음의 정신이다. 하나님은 기회를 주는 분이다. 청년 리더도 기회를 주는 자가 되어야 한다.

2. 청년 리더는 정하지 않는다.

마귀의 통치 원리는 정죄이다. 마귀는 항상 정죄한다. 심지어 교회 안에까지 정죄를 들고 쳐들어와 낙담과 분열을 심는다. 마귀가 정죄하는 목적은 수치감을 주기 위해서이다. 수치감을 심어줄 때 마귀에게 길들여진다. 그리하여
얼굴에 기쁨이 사라지고 항상 죄의식에 사로잡히게 된다. 눌린 인생, 자유함이 없는 인생이 되고 만다.

3. 청년 리더는 예수님을 닮아 정죄에서 해방시키는 사역을 한다.

예수님은 마귀의 정죄에서 우리를 해방시키려고 이 땅에 오셨다. 예수님의 사랑이 우리에게 임하게 되면 부분이 아닌 전체에 반응하게 된다. 부분에 반응하게 될 때에 정죄가 되기 쉽고, 전체에 반응할 때에 온전한 사랑으로 반응하게 된다. 부분적으로 알 때는 정죄했지만, 전체를 알게 되면 용서하고, 측은히 여기고, 동정하게 된다.

청년 리더는 영적 대적과 싸우는 리더이다

1. 청년 리더는 자신의 세 가지 적(敵)을 명확히 숙지하고 대적한다.

첫째, 청년 리더는 현실 안주의식을 대적한다.
둘째, 청년 리더는 말씀보다는 문제에 집중하는 것을 대적한다.
셋째, 청년 리더는 대가를 치르지 않고 모방하는 삶을 대적한다.

2. 청년 리더는 기본기에 충실하다.

우리는 사역을 행하기 이전에 하나님과 자신과의 관계를 바로 정립해야 한다. 이것이 영적 기본기이다. 하나님과 자신과의 관계를 바르게 하는 데에 가장 중요한 것은 예배이다. 자신의 평생이 '하나님 예배하는 자'로 선 자가 바로 영적 기본기가 된 자인 것이다. 예배하는 영혼은 인생 시련의 풍랑 속에서도 그 중심을 잡을 수가 있다. 하나님은 예배하는 자를 리더로 쓰신다.

3. 기본기를 갖춘 청년 리더는 현장에 서는 것을 두려워하지 않는다.

청년 리더는 기본기를 갖춘 다음에는 현장으로 가서 싸워야 한다. 주님의 확실한 약속을 붙들고 현장과 직면해야 한다. 세상을 두려워 말라. 실패를 두려워 말라. 실패하더라도 전진할 수 있다. 주님이 우리와 함께하시기 때문이다. 마귀의 위협에 주눅 들지 말라. 사명을 완수하기 전에는 죽는 법이 없다. 주님 바라보고 나아갈 때에 승리는 우리 것이다.

청년 리더는 책망할 것 없는 삶을 훈련한다

1. 책망할 것이 없는 청년 리더의 삶은 사는 비결 세 가지

첫째, 다른 사람과의 건강한 관계에 힘쓰는 리더가 되어야 한다.
둘째, 믿음을 삶으로 보증하는 리더가 되어야 한다.
셋째, 환경에 매이지 않고 믿음 중심의 태도를 가진 리더가 되어야 한다.

2. 청년 리더의 사역 수칙 두 가지

첫째, 할 수 있는 것에만 마음을 두라. 변화 안되는 것이 아니라 변화될 수 있는 것에 마음을 쓰고 사역한다.
둘째, 집중하라. 주(主)안에서 죽도록 '충성하는'(집중하는) 자가 일을 성취한다.

3. 탁월한 청년 리더가 되기 위한 다섯 가지 훈련

첫째, 하나님의 능력을 공급받으려면 성경공부를 해야 한다.
둘째, 기도로 하루를 시작하는 새벽기도 훈련을 해야 한다.
셋째, 건강한 몸과 영혼을 위해 체력 훈련을 해야 한다.
넷째, 삶의 우선순위를 정하기 위해 시간 관리를 해야 한다.
다섯째, 믿음의 안목을 배양하기 위해 태도 훈련을 해야 한다.

청년 리더는 지적 탐구의 열정을 가진다

1. 청년 리더는 성경을 알아야 한다.

우리가 가진 지식 중에서 최고로 고상한 지식은 성경에 관한 지식이다. 말씀은 우리의 길을 인도한다. 인생의 난제 앞에 직면할 때에 하나님의 말씀은 해결책이 된다. 그 말씀이 나를 설득하여 해결의 길로 인도하는 것이다. 또한 그 말씀을 적극적으로 살펴서 하나님의 해답을 구함으로써 해결책을 찾게 되는 것이다. 따라서 부단히 말씀의 지식을 궁구(窮究)하는 자는 하나님의 해답을 찾게 된다.

2. 청년 리더는 자기 자신을 알아야 한다.

진정한 청년 리더는 자신이 연약한 질그릇이라는 것을 깨닫는다. 그리하여 능력의 심히 큰 것이 자신에게 있는 것이 아니라 하나님 아버지께 있음을 안다. 이러한 사실을 깨닫는 사람은 하나님 앞에 엎드려 기도할 수밖에 없다. 하나님을 의지할 수밖에 없다. 왜냐하면 능력의 출처가 자신이 아니고 하나님임을 너무나 잘 알기 때문이다.

3. 청년 리더는 세상을 알아야 한다.

청년 리더는 세상을 알아야 세상을 변화시킬 수 있다. 세상을 알기 위해서는 먼저 사람을 알아야 한다. 어떻게 하면 사람을 알 수 있는가? 하나님 앞에서 사람을 사랑해야 한다. 사랑하면 보인다. 세상을 안다는 것은 이런 '사람 사랑의 책임성' 위에 서는 것을 말한다. 청년 리더는 이런 토대 위에서 세상 변화의 속도를 따라잡아야 한다. 한 손에 성경, 한 손에 신문을 들고서.

청년 리더는 이성과 재물의 유혹에서 자신을 지킨다

1. 청년 리더의 성적 순결을 위한 지침

첫째, 늘 자신이 유혹의 위험성에 노출되어 있다는 것을 인식하라.
둘째, 인간의 보편적인 욕구를 인정하고 그것을 정상적인 방법으로 채우라.
셋째, 성적인 유혹이 올 때는 피하라.
넷째, 투명한 사람으로 살아라.

2. 청년 리더의 재정적 순결을 위한 지침

첫째, 헌금 외에 모금이나 장사의 방법으로 물질을 모으지 않는다.
둘째, 어떤 경우에도 부채를 지지 않는다.
셋째, 목적헌금은 절대로 다른 목적으로 사용하지 않는다.
넷째, 모든 재정은 반드시 회계감사를 받는다.
다섯째, 기부자의 이름이나 기부액수를 출판물로 발행하지 않는다.
여섯째, 유명한 사람의 이름을 빌리지 않는다.
일곱째, 돈의 액수가 아니라 기도의 양으로 축복의 양을 가늠한다.

3. 청년 리더의 유혹을 이기는 길

첫째, 자백을 통해서 자신의 연약성을 깨닫게 됨으로써 주님의 도움을 의지하게 된다.
둘째, 자기에게 직언할 수 있는 멘토를 둔다.
셋째, 유혹과 더불어 피 흘리기까지 싸워야 한다.

청년 리더는 믿음의 선배를 통해 배운다

1. 청년 리더는 고난을 통과한 선배의 겸손을 배워야 한다.

우리는 선배 세대의 겸손을 배워야 한다. 하나님께 쓰임받은 사람들의 공통점은 그들이 모두 겸손한 사람이라는 것이다. 하나님은 교만한 자를 쓰신 적이 없다. 왜 하나님의 사람들이 고난의 용광로를 통과했는가? 하나님께서 그들을 겸손하게 만드시기 위해서이다. 하나님은 바닥에 엎드리는 자만을 사용하신다.

2. 청년 리더는 선배의 실패를 통해서 배워야 한다.

실패를 많이 한 사람은 무서운 사람이다. 실패를 잘 활용하여 동일한 잘못을 저지르지 않을 것이기 때문이다. 청년 리더가 이러한 실패를 자산으로 여길 수 있는 방법이 무엇인가? 믿음의 선배들의 실패 사례들을 '반면교사'로 삼으면 능력 있는 리더가 될 수 있다. 선배의 실수를 '타산지석'으로 삼아 영적으로 전진하는 청년 리더가 되어야 할 것이다.

3. 청년 리더는 선배를 통해 책임을 떠맡는 것을 배워야 한다.

책임을 맡겨야 인물이 나온다. 선배를 통해 역할을 분배받아 그 책임을 이행하는 법을 배워야 한다. 스스로 할 수 있게 만들어야 승리할 수 있다. 책임감이 능력이다. 리더십에서 가장 중요한 것이 이러한 책임감이다. 은사나 재능이 많은 사람이 리더가 아니다. 맡은 과업을 책임감 있게 수행하는 자가 리더이다. 선배를 통해 책임감을 배우라.

청년 리더는 말씀 붙들고 실천의 현장에 선다

1. 청년 리더는 실천의 현장에 서야 한다.

이론만 붙들면 잔인하고 난폭해질 수 있다. 가장 극단주의자는 이론만 붙들고 있는 자이다. 그래서 젊은이들이 상아탑에서 이론만 공부할 때 과격해지기 쉽다. 그러나 이것이 그들의 한계이다. 이론은 현실과 만나야 한다. 온건해지는 길은 실천의 현장 속으로 가는 것이다. 청년 리더는 말씀 붙들고 낮은 자리로 가야 한다. 성육신의 모습이 있어야 한다.

2. 청년 리더는 예수님을 의존하는 믿음의 사람이어야 한다.

믿음이란 과감하게 예수님을 의존하는 것이다. 과감하게 예수님을 의존하는 것이 하나님께 영광이 된다. 예수님은 예수님만 의지하고 초연하기를 원하신다. 이런 두려움 없는, 예수님 절대 의존의 마음이 진정한 믿음이다. 자신이 무엇을 이루려 하지 말라. 주님을 의지하라.
"너의 길을 여호와께 맡기라 저를 의지하면 저가 이루시고" (시 37:5).

3. 청년 리더는 하나님이 주시는 능력으로 다른 사람을 세우는 사역을 한다.

하나님을 의지하는 자에게 하나님이 주시는 능력이 임한다. 그 능력은 영향력 또한 지혜로 나타난다. 하나님을 의지하는 사람은 지혜와 지식이 있어서 영향력을 가진 사람이 된다. 그는 이 지헤와 영향력으로 다른 사람 위에 군림하는 자가 아니라 다른 사람을 세워주고 섬기는 사람이 된다. 즉, '복의 근원'이 된다.

미래의 인터페이스 - 육감 기술(Sixth Sense)

앞으로, 이런식으로 프로젝터의 소형화와 인식 기술의 발달로 인터페이스가 발전할 것은 예측했지만, 실제적으로 구현되어진 영상을 보니깐 신기하다. 이전에 MIT 영상을 본적이 있었는데, TED에서 제대로 공개하였다.

디지털과 아날로그의 간격이 줄어들면 줄어들수록 인터페이스가 직관적이다.

육감 기술은 인터페이스의 미래를 보여주는 것 같다.

자막 설정에서 한국어로 가능합니다.

Ubuntu Linux 9.10 한글 문제 해결

항상 모든 운영체제를 영문으로 사용하는 저로써는 Ubuntu Linux 9.10 영문판 설치 후, 한글 설정 문제는 골치거리였는데...

이 문제를 우분투 한국 사용자 모임에서 해결책을 찾았습니다.

먼저 영문 Ubuntu Linux에 한글 언어를 설치해 줍니다.

[System] - [Administration] - [Language Support] - [Install / Remove Languages...] - Korean 설치

그리고 ttf-wqy-microhei, ttf-wqy-zenhei 패키지를 삭제 합니다.

(openjdk-6-jre 설치 시, 한글이 포함된 위 패키지가 자동으로 설치됨.)

sudo apt-get remove ttf-wqy-microhei ttf-wqy-zenhei

마지막으로, [System] - [Preferences] - [IBus Preferences] - [Input Method] - Korean - Hangul 추가

위 순서대로 진행하셨다면, 아마 말끔히 한글 문제가 해결될 겁니다.
