SHGetSpecialFolderPath()를 이용하면 윈도우에서 사용하는 특별한 폴더들의 패스를 얻어올 수 있습니다. 파라미터는 윈도우 핸들, 폴더이름을 복사할 버퍼, 패스 플래그, 생성 플래그입니다. 세번째와 네번째는 각각 얻고자하는 패스를 지정하는 플래그와 만약 폴더가 없다면 생성할 것인지를 지정하는 플래그입니다. 네번째 플레그가 NULL(0)이 아니고 폴더가 없다면 폴더를 생성합니다. 세번째 플래그는 다음과 같은 폴더를 지정합니다.(MSDN 참조)
